Philip aka (Mr. Siuapp) is an avid DIY guy and an extreme Peking Duck enthusiast. During the pandemic, he dedicated and honed his self-taught culinary skills towards making Peking Duck. He quickly realized there exists a gap in technological innovation that hinders typical home cooks from preparing and roasting their own Peking Duck. Seeing this gap as a barrier for the masses to journey into making Peking Duck at home, Philip tapped into his DIY skills to create the first mockup of his Peking Duck roast pan. Two years later, he and his talented team members have engineered and are prepared to manufacture two patent pending DIY Peking Duck products. The first product is a duck skin-drying Fan Box that reduces the duck’s pre-roast preparation time. The second product is a vertically positioned duck Roast Pan, which roasts ducks in similar manner to those done at restaurants. Now, Philip and his team are on a mission to help home cooks, with or without previous Peking Duck cooking experience, learn to make their very best DIY Peking Duck worldwide. He and his team teach DIY Peking Duck Cooking Classes, and will soon be launching their crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo to pre-sell the Fan Box and Roast Pan products.

This class reveals that Peking Duck preparation is not as complicated as it seems and can be distilled down into three simple to follow steps. Online video learning can be convenient, but takes much more time and commitment to absorb the material and put it into practice. The DIY Peking Duck Cooking Class is next level, offering in-person and hands-on learning experience, where each home cook learns to prepare their own duck. No previous Peking Duck cooking experience is required. Any home cook can learn and confidently make their own DIY Peking Duck after attending this one hour cooking class.
