Cancellation Policy

Refund policy: We understand life happens and sometimes you have to change your scheduled class. Due to lead time required to fill an empty spot and food order and preparation considerations, we try our best to make it fair and reasonable when that happens. In the end, we want you to have a great cooking class experience with us. Cancellation 10 days prior to class will receive full refund. No refund if cancellation less than 10 days prior to class but will receive 100% dollar credit amount towards next scheduled class you re-booked within 90 days. No refund If cancellation within 24 hours of class but will receive 50% dollar credit amount towards next scheduled class you re-booked within 90 days. No refund for no show. Class spot is confirmed when invoice amount is paid in full. Class date/time and/or location may change due to circumstances beyond our control. A new date/time and/or location will be provided as soon as possible; we will do our best to provide alternative date/time options. The above cancellation and refund policy applies. The cooking class instructions, ingredients, recipes, props and product demonstrations are for educational purposes only. Individual cooking results may differ. Under extraordinary circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel a class at anytime and provide a full refund. All prices shown exclude tax which will be added at checkout.
